HOME MADE WHIPPED CREAM

Next time you need some whipped cream to go with that bowl of berries or slice of pie, consider making your own. It's easy, delicious, and doesn't contain the artificial flavors, hydrogenated vegetable oil, or high fructose corn syrup found in some whipped cream substitutes.
Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
Directions:
Whip the cream in a large chilled bowl, until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla and sugar, and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Don't overbeat, or the cream will eventually turn into butter!
