Exercises to do at home





Push Ups


The push up is the most simple way to tone your your triceps, shoulders, upper back, and core. It doesn't take many to feel the burn!


Yoga


Beyond benefiting the body, Yoga improves your body and soul. Originating in ancient India, this workout is a celebrity favorite. You can do it anywhere, all you need is a mat!   


Sit ups


Want amazing abs? It all starts with the sit up! Doing this exercise will have to flaunting your tummy in no time.



Squats


This move does it all! It targets muscles in the thighs, hips, buttocks, hamstrings, and core. It also strengthens bones and ligaments.



Running


If you don't have a treadmill, all you have to do is go outside to enjoy this exercise! Running really gets your heart pumping and is a fantastic full body work out.  



Dive bomber Push Ups


The changes in your position in this exercise allow so that you work upper body muscles from different angles. This makes for a much more affective work out!




Jumping Jacks


The thought of jumping jacks might take you back to elementary school gym, but they are actually an amazing workout! They are a great form of cardio, strengthen muscles, burn many calories and relieve stress!
